Emily Clark

mily Clark began her yoga journey when she read online how yoga can be beneficial for stress relief. After attending her first yoga class she was hooked on the benefits physically, emotionally and spiritually yoga had to offer. Emily was a dedicated yoga student for seven years when the opportunity arrived to become a Yoga Instructor. In June 2018 Emily became an YTT 200 Instructor in addition to her career in Speech-Language Pathology. Emily’s classes focus on breath work, mindfulness and creating power in your own body. She also incorporates fun music, humor and challenging poses to each class.


Emily Clark instructs the following:
  • Yoga for Every Body
  • Yoga is for every body, regardless of shape, gender, age, color or ability! These classes are designed to give detailed instruction and to be less physically challenging than other vinyasa classes. This class is for all levels of experience and is intentionally slower for grounding and centering to allow time for a mind body connection. In this class, you will explore some of the basic postures and breathing techniques of yoga. Students will learn about the basics of proper alignment and technique. Students are guided to move in and out of poses with ease, adapting poses to fit the body, listening intently to the body. Yoga for Every Body classes will allow the student to gain strength and flexibility at their own pace with safety and alignment as the main focus.
