CLASSES
An intense mixed-level vinyasa flow class. The powerful yoga postures will get you moving, sweating, and breathing. We will use the breath, sun salutations and powerful poses to build up to the peak point of the class then slowly come back down. Come ready to challenge your strength with standing poses, balance, backbends, abs and arm balances followed by all the stretches your body needs
Get your flow on in this dynamic practice that links movement and breathe together in continuous movement that stimulates your core muscles, tones your arms and fires your engine.
Modifications provided for all levels but plan on a vigorous yoga practice. We will work, breathe deeply and hopefully break a sweat. Savasana/progressive relaxation is the reward in the end.
