Kristine Beathard instructs the following:
  • Power to Deep
  • Half of the time is Power followed by Deep. The best of both worlds combine to make this class a must!
    Start the class off with Power Vinyasa Flow to warm up and build strength. End the class with deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes. 

  • Slow Flow with Sound Bowls
  • A slowed down vinyasa flow with the addition of sound bowls.
