Use the power of your breath to slow down the flow of your yoga practice.
A slowed down vinyasa flow with the addition of sound bowls.
Half of the time is Power followed by Deep. The best of both worlds combine to make this class a must!
Start the class off with Power Vinyasa Flow to warm up and build strength. End the class with deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes.
Restorative yoga is a restful yoga practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During a restorative yoga class, you will utilize many props (blankets, bolsters, straps, wall, etc) to create a very relaxing expression of the pose. You will hold these passive poses for an extended period of time, therefore, you may do just a few postures over the course of the class.
