Weekend Yoga

Every Saturday and Sunday

Stacy Wolf

RYT200, Co-Owner
My start in yoga was rough. I was terrified to go to a class in which I did not know anything about. I did not know know any of the postures and did not look anything like a typical "yogi".
I encourage people to try yoga for at least 5 classes. Being able to come to a class where you are asked not to think, just move and breathe is life-changing and empowering. My goal is to have the studio be a place where people can go and just be themselves: without expectations, judgments, or competition.

Stacy Wolf instructs the following:
  • Long Slow Deep
  • Keeping true to the class name, Long Slow Deep combines breath, slow movements and deep stretches held for longer periods of time. This class format combined with plenty of hands-on assists makes for the ultimate chill yoga class. Long Slow Deep is for anyone looking to increase mobility and flexibility or simply a place to unwind. Yogis can expect soft music in a calm setting with minimal talking.

  • Slow Flow
  • Use the power of your breath to slow down the flow of your yoga practice.

  • Power to Deep
  • Half of the time is Power followed by Deep. The best of both worlds combine to make this class a must!
Start the class off with Power Vinyasa Flow to warm up and build strength. End the class with deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes.
